Our patient hours are as follows:
Mon: 1:00pm - 7:30pm
Tues: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Wed: 1:00pm - 7:30pm
Thurs: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Closed Fridays.

Voice Messages
We do not accept voice messages when the clinic is closed.
Our phones are answered:

Mon: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Tues: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Wed: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Thurs: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Please note that we close daily from 12:30 - 1:00 for lunch.
Voice mails will be returned during office hours as time permits.

Our phone lines open at 9 AM each business day to book appointments. We are pleased to provide “Open Access” to assure same-day visits for all our patients.

Q. What is Open Access Booking?
A. Open Access Booking does away with advanced booking of all appointments. This means all appointments are booked the same day, to suit your availability .

Q. How does it work?
A. You simply call the office the morning you wish to come in for any appointment be it urgent or not and we will schedule an appointment for you.

Q. What if there aren't any appointments left?
A. This would be very rare as we are booking all appointments into a completely empty day. Each day has an average of 30 spots.

Q. Will there be longer waits?
A. No, in fact we have found quite the opposite!

Q. What are the benefits?

-You can call on a day that is convenient to you.
-We see all patients for all appointments any day or time during our clinic hours.
-There will be no cancelled appointments due to staff illness or schedule conflicts that often happen for pre-booked appointments.
-Appointments always available for urgent visits!
